Requirements
Excellent Communication skills
Maintain consistency, focus, high level of accuracy, sense of confidentiality, efficiency and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Especially MS Excel
Ability to work independently and under pressure
2-3 year’s relevant experience with a special focus on Talent Acquisition
Prior knowledge and experience on working with HRIS
Possess/Following a Degree in HR/PQHRM
Talent Acquisition Functions
Strategic HR Planning
Disciplinary Procedures
Involvement in Corporate Settings
Employee Life Cycle Management
Preparation of Management Information
Possess/Following a Degree in HR/PQHRM
