Requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Maintain consistency, focus, high level of accuracy, sense of confidentiality, efficiency and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Especially MS Excel
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • 2-3 year’s relevant experience with a special focus on Talent Acquisition
  • Prior knowledge and experience on working with HRIS
  • Possess/Following a Degree in HR/PQHRM
  • Talent Acquisition Functions
  • Strategic HR Planning
  • Disciplinary Procedures
  • Involvement in Corporate Settings
  • Employee Life Cycle Management
  • Preparation of Management Information
  • Possess/Following a Degree in HR/PQHRM
